Booking Instructions
All new clients must complete the New Client History Form (linked at the top of the booking page).
After submitting the form, you can proceed to book your appointment online.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
The remaining balance is due at checkout after your treatment.
Late Policy
If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened so we can stay on schedule.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
This applies even if you notify us ahead of time. We appreciate your understanding!
Rescheduling Policy
Any changes made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered last-minute and will result in the loss of your deposit.
This includes:
Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance
Same-day requests to shift your appointment time (earlier or later)
You can reschedule directly through your confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit—even if you booked the same day.
Pre- and Post-Treatment Reminders
To get the best results and avoid irritation, please avoid using exfoliants (like AHA/BHA, benzoyl peroxide, or retinol) for 3–4 days before and after your treatment.
